The carpet itself was fine but the packaging smelled like urine! [edit]: Changed my review to 5 star because the carpet is nice and Amir was quick to respond and help with the shipping situation. He even offered to completely replace the carpet but I don’t think it’s fair to them because the carpet itself is beautiful, just not sure what happened during shipping. Amir’s customer service is top notch.
