A clean black border frames the left, right, and bottom edges of the striped section, giving the lower zone a structured, considered finish. White hand-knotted fringe finishes both ends.
The color block form draws from the Amazigh tradition of dividing the rug field into distinct zones of meaning, each section carrying its own weight and character.
