This is a beige and black Beni Ourain tufted rug, made by hand in our workshop in Morocco. A warm beige field is crossed by bold dark lines that radiate outward from a central diamond, forming concentric chevron shapes that expand toward every edge of the rug. The composition is symmetrical and commanding, the kind of piece that anchors a room completely and holds it there.
The central diamond radiating outward into layered chevron lines draws from the mountain peaks of the Atlas range, a form that has defined the Berber visual landscape for generations. In the Amazigh tradition, lines that expand outward from a center point reflect the Berber understanding of community, life radiating outward from the home, from the village, from the mountain. The contrast between the warm beige ground and the deep dark lines gives the pattern exceptional clarity and presence. White hand-knotted fringe finishes both ends cleanly.

Why you'll love it:

- Authentic Moroccan tufted rug, handmade by Berber artisans in our workshop in Morocco
- Plush pile, 100% natural wool, no synthetics, no machine finishing
- Warm beige field with bold dark concentric diamond and chevron pattern
- Custom sizes available, woven to order in 3 to 5 weeks.
- Ships worldwide in 4 to 7 business days.
- DDP shipping included (no extra customs fees, duty-free delivery).

Made by hand in our Moroccan workshop, every tuft placed with care and intention. No synthetic materials, no shortcuts. Natural wool softens with use, becoming more itself the longer it is lived with.
Pairs well with dark wood, raw plaster, and warm neutrals. Strong enough to carry a large open living room entirely on its own.
Slight color variation is natural in hand-dyed wool. Questions are always welcome.

So happy with my new rug!!!

The rug we ordered was gorgeous. Amir is the best seller; he is communicative and very fair. He had to deal with me changing the orders around and still he was so so kind and helpful.
