First of all, my cats love this rug. It’s cute to see them go crazy on it, pretty sure it’s because of the wool but! They haven't pulled up a single thread, it's very solid. Secondly, this is the nicest rug I’ve ever bought. I feel like such a grown up having such well made, amazing rug from Afrikesh! He was so easy to work with, listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me options just to make sure I got what I wanted. Well worth the wait, though I don’t think it was very long for a custom made rug. Also! I bought another rug last year for a different room that I’d been wanting for a while, from a branded store. Same price as what I paid for this one, same size and it’s ridiculous the difference in quality. Looking at them side by side is just embarrassing for me, ha. I hope to buy more from here in the future :)
