We are incredibly happy with our rug! It is so beautiful and sturdy, obviously high quality. I was scared the blue would not be as vibrant in reality as it is on the pictures, but it really is! Such a deep, mesmerizing color, almost indigo. We could not be happier with it. Once the rug was ready, delivery was very quick and painless. Customer service is top notch. I recommend this store wholeheartedly!

Super helpful and friendly customer service. Ordering was easy, great value, and shipping was seamless. The rug is pretty but not *quite* as vibrant as some photos suggest, but still a nice blue. Also keep in mind that the wool isn't super soft: it's not scratchy, but it's not cotton-soft. I was worried about durability, but in the first day, my dog peed on it (!!!) but the pee didn't absorb at all and sat on the surface. All in all, quite happy!
